Directed initiatives to significantly reduce aged accounts receivable by strengthening collection strategies and accelerating invoice resolution. Managed high-volume AR portfolios with a focus on reducing delinquent balances, improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and increasing cash collections. Partnered with internal stakeholders and third-party collection agencies to resolve complex account issues and enhance collection effectiveness. Established performance expectations, monitored key collection metrics, and drove continuous process improvements to optimize team productivity. Championed a results-driven culture by identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring accountability across collections operations. Developed and executed action plans to improve aging trends, reduce outstanding receivables, and strengthen overall accounts receivable performance.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of AR Experience Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage compliance-related tasks, and troubleshoot enrollment issues.
