Outreach Operations & Technology: Own daily outreach operations and drive team performance against company KPIs. Implement and manage CRM, telephony, and EHR tools for the team. Quality & Collaboration: Audit calls and documentation for quality, compliance, and consent requirements. Serve as liaison with clinical, partner success, and oncology clinics.
