Vice President of Operations

Required qualifications include: 10+ years in senior operational leadership, preferably within a complex non-profit, government agency, or arts-integrated organization. Systems thinking, sector knowledge, and tech literacy are also required. Preferred competencies include an active commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, social justice, and anti-racism, a commitment to the Creative West region, an experienced and effective virtual worker, an effective communicator and consensus builder, an ability to manage rapidly-shifting priorities, an ease with navigating and operating within an environment of ambiguity, motivation to work independently and collaboratively, strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, an advanced level of emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to establish trusting relationships.
