State Licensed Associate Counsel

Key responsibilities: Advising stakeholders across product, engineering, and marketing teams from early development through launch Reviewing advertising and marketing collateral, including claims, disclosures, and promotions Supporting trademark portfolio development and enforcement efforts, including investigating infringements and preparing legal documents

Required qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and membership in good standing with at least one state bar 3-4+ years of legal experience, preferably with corporate and commercial entities Familiarity with marketing and product-related laws and regulations Experience in reviewing advertising and marketing collateral or a strong interest in developing it Exposure to trademark matters or compliance in hardware or consumer products is a plus
