To support strategic recruitment efforts, the full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the hiring process for advanced manufacturing roles, drive recruitment strategies, and mentor other recruiters in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-complexity roles while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies and market trends Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function using Lean methodology
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience Significant experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and managing complex offers Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for advanced manufacturing roles, including Lean and automation positions
