State Licensed Senior Counsel

Key responsibilities: Lead strategies for intellectual property and technology-related disputes, ensuring effective legal approaches to trade secret, patent, and software licensing claims Develop and implement litigation prevention frameworks, including processes for early risk identification and evidence collection Advise on customer license compliance and manage disputes with vendors and third parties involving technology and confidentiality issues

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with at least one State Bar Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in litigation and significant in-house experience Experience managing intellectual property or technology-related disputes, particularly in software and trade secret matters Preferred degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field Demonstrated capability in developing litigation readiness and dispute prevention programs
