State Licensed Senior Managing Counsel

Key responsibilities: Manage and lead a team in handling Corporate Payments legal matters, ensuring appropriate risk assessment Draft, review, and negotiate various customer and partner agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies Provide legal support throughout the product lifecycle, including drafting product terms and addressing contractual queries

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school 8+ years of legal practice, preferably with in-house experience, and licensed in at least one U.S. state Significant experience in structuring and negotiating commercial transactions in financial services and technology Experience in managing and supervising others Familiarity with legal matter management systems and a willingness to incorporate AI into workflows
