Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess privacy and data protection laws, advising on business impacts and compliance posture
Partner with Product and IT teams to integrate privacy considerations into product development and deployment
Draft, review, and negotiate technology and data-related agreements while advising on regulatory inquiries and privacy incidents
Required Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
8-10 years of legal experience with a focus on privacy, data protection, and technology-related matters
Demonstrated experience providing product counseling to engineering and technical teams
Solid understanding of data protection and cybersecurity principles
Minimum 5 years of in-house experience, with sports industry experience preferred
