Providing legal research, drafting, and compliance support, the full-time State Licensed General Attorney in Federal Procurement & Contracts will focus on contract management, litigation support, and regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft analyses on federal procurement law and compliance obligations
Support negotiations with contractors, preparing documentation and providing legal recommendations
Review contractor submittals for compliance with 10 CFR Part 719 and applicable DOE requirements
Required qualifications:
7+ years of legal practice experience as an attorney
7+ years of litigation experience
4+ years of experience with contractor compliance in the Federal sector
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state
Experience in federal contracts and government contractor oversight
