Series 7 Licensed Trading AVP

Key responsibilities: Execute trades, including rebalancing and block trading, while providing support during high-volume periods Lead, coach, and develop trading staff, establishing clear performance and accountability expectations Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring compliance with policies and effective risk management

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of financial services experience, including at least three years in trading operations 5+ years of experience executing trades within a broker-dealer or comparable financial services environment 3+ years of people-leadership experience, including coaching and performance management Series 7 required and Series 24 (or the ability to obtain) upon hire
