Key responsibilities:
Review and apply enrollment rules and guidelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Conduct performance audits to ensure transaction accuracy and recommend process improvements
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to enrollment and billing systems
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of accounting, finance, or enrollment processing experience
Associate's degree in accounting (preferred)
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Health or insurance industry experience (preferred)
