To support a dynamic recruitment environment, the full-time salaried Kentucky Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment primarily for Human Resources and Finance roles, while also flexing across other corporate functions, all within a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding coordination Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and effective hiring plans Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights
Required qualifications: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience recruiting for Human Resources and Finance roles Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, with SmartRecruiters expertise preferred A data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and KPIs
