To support a growing veterinary organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, DVM will drive candidate pipelines for Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) by developing sourcing strategies, networking with professionals, and managing the full recruitment cycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive DVM talent
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future veterinary roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing
Required qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
3+ years of experience actively sourcing passive candidates
Familiarity with Boolean and LinkedIn searches
Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature experience preferred)
Previous recruiting experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare is preferred
